In spite of our name, we go well beyond publishing to include storage, restoration, conversion, sharing, and final disposition of the fruits of our research. Our purpose is to share information and ideas on how to publish and preserve that research, as well as old documents, photos, memories, and family heirlooms. We are an informal group whose monthly discussions can cover a wide range of research and preservation topics.
If you are interested in actually publishing, we have several members who have published and are willing to share their experiences in-depth. Other active members are at various stages of their efforts.
The Publishing Group meets has met in the past on the third Thursday at the home of Bill and Francie Lloyd in Danville from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
